About Dan Fons

Talent Management Specialist

Dan joined Executive Power, LLC in 2013 to work in the Talent Management division of the business.  He specializes in the hiring process that Executive Power brings to our clients, including selection, promotion, and succession planning.  With a background in mathematics, Dan brings an analytical interpretation of the ADVanced Insights assessments, and how they can be applied to hiring decisions.

Dan has helped numerous professionals gain a better understanding of their own strengths using the ADVanced Insights tools through public workshops and one-on-one consultations. He has given presentations on effective communication and understanding different communication styles for several organizations including The Waukesha County Business Alliance, ProHealth Care, The Coalition for Children Youth and Families, and Mangold Creative.

  • Certified Attribute Index Analyst
