1999

Founded in 1999 by Jerry Fons with the purpose of helping leaders create cultures where employees are fully engaged and feel well-cared for. Serving small to mid-sized organizations in South-Eastern Wisconsin focusing on Leadership Development at the Management and Executive levels within our clients.

2000’s

Adding certifications in DISC, Values, and Attribute Assessments (ADVanced Insights), Executive Coaching, and Arbinger Institute Coaching and the expansion into 1-on-1 Executive Coaching was under way.  Jerry became a sought-after trainer and advisor to coaches around the globe.

2010’s

Adding certifications in ScalingUp and 3HAG through Gazelles International and Metronomics, Jerry began advising Executive Teams on Culture, Strategy, and Execution.

Dan Fons Joined the firm and became our master trainer and advisor to ADVanced Insights Coaches and clients around the globe.

2020’s

Adding Breakthrough Coaching certification (NLP), Dan now coaches individuals to overcome their own personal roadblocks to success. 

Adding Positive Intelligence (PQ) coaching, Jerry helps individuals develop resiliency, learn how to overcome their own Saboteurs, and improve their Performance, Well-being, and Relationships.

Jessica Mulligan joins the firm in 2026 and brings certifications in Jon Gordon’s mindset, leadership, and teamwork programs.

Jerry has been serving as an executive coach and guide since 1999.  In that time he has helped over 2,000 individuals at over 100 companies in 20+ different industries.

He is viewed as a trusted coach and advisor to the Ownership and Executive levels of our clients. He has worked in the Manufacturing, Printing, Insurance, Healthcare, Distribution, Financial, Construction, and numerous Service industries. His work includes facilitating Strategic Thinking & Execution Planning, Culture Development & Executive Team Alignment.

Jerry has recently added Positive Intelligence coaching to his repertoire, helping clients improve their performance, well-being, and relationships. 

Jerry and Ann love to travel, camp in their small RV, hike and bike. Time with their 3 adult kids tops the list of joys in their life, as well as golf in the summer,  Packer games in the fall, and many hours helping out at Saint Anthony on the Lake Parish in Pewaukee.

Dan Fons has been working with companies, teams, and individuals on personal and professional development since 2013. He specializes in coaching individuals and the development of cohesive teams of people who better understand how to communicate, inspire, and lead.

Dan has extensive experience working with clients in these industries: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Education, Insurance, Construction, and Non-Profit. He regularly facilitates leadership classes to help individuals grow and develop into more successful leaders.

Dan is an expert in the use of the ADVanced Insights Profile - a personal development tool including the DISC Index, the Values Index, and the Attribute Index. He is a certified Trainer of the ADVanced Insights Profile and has trained coaches and company leaders worldwide in its proper use.

Dan is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Hypnosis, Time Line Therapy, and HeartMath. He is a certified Master ACME Coach and Master NLP Coach. Dan is also a certified Trainer of NLP and Hypnosis.

Dan’s goal is to help people understand how powerful they truly are and to help them reach their goals with minimal resistance. 

Dan and Jenny live in Wauwatosa, WI - they enjoy travel, being in nature, festivals, game nights with friends, and museums. 

Jessica is a People Power Coach who partners with leaders and organizations to build positive momentum through leadership, teamwork, and intentional strategy. Her work focuses on helping individuals and teams identify what isn’t working, understand the root causes, and create clear, actionable plans that lead to meaningful results. 

With over 20 years of leadership experience in financial services, healthcare, and education, Jessica’s approach is highly collaborative and grounded in the belief that when people are supported, empowered, and aligned, organizations thrive. She works with leaders and teams who are curious, growth-minded, and committed to creating positive, people-first environments.  She is known for her ability to ask insightful questions, uncover opportunities others may miss, and develop strategies that inspire action and engagement across an organization.

Jessica is a Jon Gordon Certified Speaker and Trainer in six programs: The Energy Bus, Power of Positive Leadership, Power of a Positive Team, The 7 Commitments of a Team, Difficult Conversations Don’t Have to Be Difficult, and Energy Bus for Schools. Through keynote presentations and interactive workshops, she equips leaders and teams with practical tools to strengthen culture, improve communication, and enhance performance.

Jessica completed her bachelor's degree at UW-La Crosse and her MBA at Mount Mary University. She lives in Pewaukee, Wisconsin with her husband, Kevin, and two children. Away from work you will find Jessica enjoying exercise, cooking, planning her next travel adventure, reading, wine tasting, and cheering on her kids.
